Who We Work With

Our sessions are built one client at a time, so the people we work with vary widely

Traveling Visitors

Guests staying in Luxor for a few days or weeks who want to keep up a yoga or fitness routine without joining a gym membership.

👨‍👩‍👧 Local Families

Residents of Luxor looking for a coach who understands their schedule, fitness level, and long-term wellness goals over time.

🏢 Working Professionals

Busy clients who need sessions scheduled around work hours rather than a fixed class timetable that doesn't fit their day.

🏠 Home-Based Clients

People who prefer training or practicing yoga in the comfort of their own space, with a coach who brings the session to them.

🛠 Rehab & Mobility Clients

Clients recovering from inactivity or working on mobility who need a slower, personalized pace rather than a group format.

🚀 Goal-Focused Beginners

People new to yoga or fitness who want an experienced coach guiding them from the first session rather than learning alone.

How We Work With You

Our approach hasn't changed much since we started — it's built on listening first, then adjusting as we go

  1. 1
    Initial Conversation

We start with a short conversation, in person or by message, to understand your current fitness level, any physical limits, and what you want to get out of sessions in Luxor.

  2. 2
    Session Planning

Based on that conversation, we build a simple plan — yoga, fitness training, or a mix — and agree on timing that fits around your schedule, not a fixed class calendar.

  3. 3
    Private Sessions

Each session is one-on-one or small group, held at a time and location that works for you, with the coach adjusting pace and exercises as the sessions continue.

  4. 4
    Ongoing Adjustment

Every few sessions we check in on progress and comfort level, then adjust the plan — whether that means more challenge, more recovery focus, or a change in structure.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

We started with basic mobility work because I hadn't trained in years. Six months in, the sessions look completely different — more strength work, better form. It helped that scheduling was flexible around my work shifts.
Karim Abdel Fattah Local resident and shift worker
My husband and I take joint sessions twice a week at home. The coach split the time between yoga stretches for me and strength work for him, which honestly saved us from having two separate memberships somewhere else.
Nour Hassanein Homeowner training with her husband
I asked for something specific — mobility work after a knee injury, nothing intense. The first plan was too easy, I said so, and it got adjusted within the next session. That back-and-forth is what kept me coming back.
Ahmed Farouk Client recovering from a knee injury
Booked a single session while passing through Luxor, mostly out of curiosity. Ended up extending my stay by two days partly because the coach mapped out stretches I could keep doing on my own afterward.
Laila Mounir Short-term visitor to Luxor
What stood out was how the first session felt more like an assessment than a workout. No pressure to perform, just questions about what I could and couldn't do. The plan since then has matched that pace.
Youssef Ibrahim Beginner client, new to structured fitness
